Decent fountain, slow delivery

I bought a fontaine à eau for my two cats. The fountain itself is pretty good, keeps the water fresh, and was easy to set up. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach New York. I wish it had arrived a bit sooner, but overall, I'm satisfied with the product's quality.

Smartball is a hit!

I ordered the Smartball for my cat, and she absolutely adores it! It kept her entertained for hours. Shipping was pretty fast too, took about 4 days to get to me in California. I'm so happy with this purchase and will definitely be back for more things for my fur baby. Highly recommend!

Got a cat tunnel

I needed a tunnel for my cat and found one here. It came pretty quick, like 5 days to Denver. My cat loves running through it. It's just a simple tunnel, nothing fancy, but it does the job. Good purchase.

Reliable for cat essentials

I've ordered from CHAT & CIE a few times now. This last time, I got a new griffoir design and some herbe à chat. Like always, the quality of the griffoir is excellent, and it holds up well. Their herbe à chat is consistently fresh too. It's nice to know what to expect when I order from them. They're my go-to for my cat's things.

Comprehensive review: Spiraltoy & brush

I placed an order for the Spiraltoy and a brosse de toilettage. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. The Spiraltoy arrived well-packaged and has proven quite durable, even with my energetic kitten. The grooming brush works really well, much better than my old one, and seems to be comfortable for my cat. Delivery took 6 business days, which was within their stated window. I had a quick question about the Spiraltoy's power source, and customer support replied to my email within a day, which was helpful. No complaints on the quality of either item.
